QUALITY CONTROL - FISCHER CHEMIC LIMITED

Since laboratory chemicals are used for estimation of end product of a customer in an industry, or for QUALITY CONTROL - Laboratory Chemicalsany research purposes in any institute, consistency in quality should be maintained every time it is supplied to customer. In order to achieve this, it is important for every laboratory chemical manufacturer to have in house Quality control laboratory and “ FISCHER” also has an excellent Quality control Laboratory, all the products are tested in three stages.

1. Raw material stage: In this stage every raw material which is entering the factory is tested for its impurities and the same is matched with internal specification of raw materials for the product and once it is approved, it is taken for Process / Production.

2. During Process stage: In this stage, the product under manufacturing is constantly tested for its critical parameters like assay and relative impurities in the laboratory and corrective measures is taken to get the right finished product.

3. Finished Product Testing: Once the product is manufactured or processed, the same is thoroughly tested for its label specification and a batch sample is kept for future reference for 6 months in the laboratory. The laboratory reports are preserved for 3 years.

Quality control laboratory of FISCHER has got two sections: FISCHER WET LAB


1. Wet Analysis Laboratory ( WTL): In this section, products are tested using Volumetric / Gravimetric /Colorimetric methods using right equipments.
FISCHER INSTRUMENT LAB



2. Instruments Section: In this section, products are tested using sophisticated Quality Control instruments like UV visible, Spectrophotometer, GC, HPLC, Karl Fischer Instrument, Flame Photometer, RI detector etc.
